Fantastic local connections teaming up to produce a great epicurean event! You will experience how fine cocktails from Cancion Ultra Premium Tequila can pair and elevate food. The menu is exquisite from Chef Luis with Oysters Rockefeller, Rack of Lamb, Pan seared Halibut, and home made Chocolate Mousse. Cancion local-owner Andy Verderame will introduce each cocktail and you will learn about this wonderful tequila and how its different from the rest.
