Williams Homes is pleased to announce the grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony of Finch Ranch, a new home community featuring 169 homes nestled in the charming town of Piru. This free event will take place on October 25, 2024, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and will showcase a "Taste of Piru and Neighboring Cities," highlighting local cuisine and community pride.
Attendees will have the opportunity to sample a variety of delicious dishes from Piru’s Nikki’s Casamia, Tacos El Caporal, Harvest Wines, as well as neighboring areas including Santa Paula’s Flight 126 and the Santa Clarita Valley’s Apola Greek Grill and Copperhill BBQ. The different cuisines will be showcased in the lovely model homes at the brand-new Finch Ranch Development. Beverages will be provided by Great Western Home Loans and we will have live music performed by Bicycle Bill’s Band. The celebration will also include the dedication of a brand-new community park, a Fall Harvest Festival complete with a petting zoo from Phil's Animals, and a host of other exciting festivities for all ages.
Williams Homes invites residents, prospective homebuyers, and local partners to join this special event as we celebrate the opening of this new community and the vibrant spirit of the region.
