Did you know that prior to the Civil War, soldiers in the U.S. military were not allowed to vote in elections? Women finally earned the right to vote in 1920, but when did the women’s rights movement begin? Join Rangers Jared and Sky as they discuss suffrage efforts prior to and following the Civil War.
