Event Description
Celebrate Winter Solstice with us at an Intertribal Festival honoring Indigenous heritage! Immerse yourself in stories, cultural activities, and education. Enjoy Indigenous storytelling, rock painting with natural pigments, a prayer circle, and learn about native plants and cordage making in hands-on presentations.

-Hummingbird Women’s Drum
-Chumash Singing Sisters
-Dennis Garcia: Chumash Elder and Storyteller
-Kat High: descendant of the Hupa tribe; a founder of the CA Indian -Storytellers Association
-Alan Salazar, Fernando Tataviam and Ventureño Chumash Elder (@alan.salazar.1942)
-Julia Fireflower: Tataviam tribal member and ties to Chumash
-Guamanian BBQ from @islandsmokengrill
