The Maupin City Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing to consider a Site Plan Review for a proposed Commercial Mercantile Building on Deschutes Avenue. The public hearing will begin at 4:40 PM on January 14, 2025, in the City Council Chambers of the Maupin Community Center. The Applicant’s representative is Mr. Larry Wright. The property is legally described as 04S-14E-32DB-3900. This is an administrative decision to be made by the Planning Commission.
