Event Description
Craft your very own custom felt hat! Participants will make unique and hand-painted or hand-burnt hats using feathers, ribbons, fabrics, and leather. The basic hat is included and supplies will be provided for each participant with up to five items to decorate your creation. If additional items are desired, hat-makers may purchase more or bring their own additions.
