This introductory & FREE all level class is perfect for youth ages 11-14 who are interested in practicing yoga. Students will be guided through a basic mindfulness practice as well as a few activities designed to enhance breath awareness. We will also practice a variety of yoga poses that promote body awareness, flexibility, strength, balance, coordination, and self-confidence. No experience required!
