Phillips Fundamental Learning Center (PFLC) is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) offering specialized programs to support both young learners and those who teach them. Our mission is: “all kids reading, all kids succeeding.”
For Children (Ages 5-11): Their 24 one-hour literacy lessons are designed for children new to PFLC, providing a strong foundation in reading, writing, and spelling before the school year begins. For Educators & Parents: Their Structured Literacy Specialist Programs offer continued education in Science of Reading teaching methods. Summer is the perfect time for educators and parents to expand their expertise and gain practical tools to help all children succeed.
