Event Description
First Friday is back, and we need YOUR help to make it happen! We’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help us bring downtown Kingman to life. The 2025 First Friday season is April through November (excluding July). Whether you love setting up, capturing great moments, or keeping things running smoothly, there’s a role for you!
Volunteering is a fun, rewarding way to support local businesses, connect with the community, and be part of an event that brings thousands of people together.
Volunteer Positions Available:
✅ Volunteer Coordinator – Communicate with volunteers before and during the event, set up training sessions, and ensure everything runs smoothly.
✅ Set-up Crew – Help vendors with pop-ups, set up games, place sponsor signs, mark vendor spaces, assist vendors in finding their spots, and handle miscellaneous setup tasks.
✅ Tear-down Crew – Help vendors pack up, pick up games, collect vendor space markers and sponsor signs, and assist with general event cleanup.
✅ Photographers & Videographers – Capture the energy and excitement of First Friday! Share live content on social media and help create professional-quality media for advertising, training, and sponsor promotions.
✅ Roadies – Keep the event area secure and organized by manning intersections and blockades at:
✅ Block Champs – Serve as liaisons between business owners/managers, First Friday vendors and the First Friday team to ensure smooth coordination throughout the event.
Some positions have multiple time slots.
