- Sandia Sunrise - Fluffy Farm Fresh Scrambled Eggs, Lyonnaise Potatoes, Thick Cut Bacon, Housemade Salsa, and Fresh Fruit Garnish
- La Luz Huevos Rancheros - Fluffy Farm Fresh Scrambled Eggs on top of Corn Tortillas, Refried Beans, Fried Papitas Flour Tortillas, and Butter
- Western Omelet: A Cheddar Cheese Omelet Filled with Crumbled Bacon, Sautéed Onions, Peppers, Mushrooms, Cast-Iron Skillet Potatoes, and Fresh Fruit Garnish.

Every year since 1963, the President of the United States has declared National Small Business Week to formally recognize America's small businesses and their important role and contributions. National and local events recognize top entrepreneurs for their achievements, including individuals and organizations that champion small businesses. Special recognition is also given to SBA resource partners, lenders, and community organizations for their outstanding business and entrepreneurial development efforts.
