Greetings Community Partners,
We are excited to announce our 1st Inaugural Charity Rodeo “Cowboying for a Cause”. The event is scheduled for Friday and Saturday, May 9th and 10th. The location will be at our very own Suwannee County Coliseum in the Bob Holmes Arena located at 1302 11th St. Live Oak, FL 32064. Early admission will be 4:00 pm on Friday and 3:00 pm on Saturday for spectators to have time to browse our job fair and vendor areas with the Rodeo starting at 7:00 pm each night. We will have a wonderful assortment of vendors at our event with food, drinks, as well as various artisan homemade goods and crafts. Not to mention the corporate job fair that will be taking place. We invite you to be part of this fundraiser and we as a community can stand proud of our accomplishments. The Arc is partnering with businesses and vendors to offer special gifts perfect for Mothers’ Day! Some of those gifts will be raffled off, and you will automatically be entered for your chance to win with your entry ticket to the event. We will also be doing a 50/50 raffle, so that anyone can win! This means that half of the money we collect goes to the winner, and the other half goes to support the cause. Pre-Sale tickets available NOW for only $20 for adults & $10 for Children (5-18) Children under 5 get in FREE!!

We cordially invite you to be a sponsor of the event. There are several levels of sponsorship, each with a certain set of benefits. These benefits include free marketing. We will be sure to post on our website and on all of our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and LinkedIn). Gold Sponsorship is available for $1,000 which will include a Full Color Banner and a Full page ad in the program, Silver Sponsorship is avaialable for $500 which will include a Full Color Banner and a Half page ad, Bronze Sponsorship is available for $350 which will include a Full Color Banner and a Quarter page ad. Program Sponsorship is available at $400 for a Full Page Ad, $250 for a Half Page Ad, $175 for a Quarter Page Ad and $100 for a Business card size Ad.
