From Boomers to Gen Z, each generation brings different expectations around feedback, leadership, collaboration, technology, and workplace culture. So how do we bridge the gaps and build stronger teams?
Join us for an engaging panel discussion featuring women from multiple generations sharing real-world experiences, lessons learned, and practical strategies for communicating effectively across age groups. Our panelists will explore how generational perspectives shape communication styles, how to navigate misunderstandings with confidence, and how women can lead with clarity and connection in a diverse workplace.

Park in the visitor’s lot, enter through the main doors between 7:45 AM - 8:00 am.
We will be straight ahead in the small theatre, look for WIB members to guide you.
If you arrive after 8 am, please use the far-right main entrance door and enter the main office. Staff will guide you to the small theatre.
