There are moments when we need to step away from the noise of life and return to something quieter, softer, and more true.
My partner Nephi and I invite you into the beauty of Naramata for a deeply restorative day of yoga, presence, community, and care.
Held in a beautiful chapel nestled in the trees, Summer Radiance is designed for those longing to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and experience deep rest through practice, reflection, nature, and meaningful connection.
The intention of this day is to soften.
To breathe.
To rest.
To reconnect.
To slow down.
To feel cared for.
To remember the light and joy already within you.
Inspired by the teachings of Vedanta, Bhakti, and the illuminating wisdom of the Gāyatrī Mantra, this retreat weaves together gentle yoga, mantra, meditation, journaling, sound, restorative practices, and heartfelt conversation in a way that feels grounding, easeful, and deeply human.
Throughout the day, we’ll explore simple Vedic practices that help quiet the noise of daily life and reconnect us to the deeper self. There will be space to reflect, laugh, rest, ask questions, and simply be together in community.
In the afternoon, we soften into restorative yoga and yoga nidra, with optional craniosacral touch offered throughout to support the nervous system and invite deeper ease in the body.
This is a small group that will journey together throughout the day, allowing space for meaningful connection, presence, and support.
You’ll leave feeling more grounded, restored, hopeful, and connected — a remembering of the ananda, the inner joy and light, already within you.
