Hosted by all 6 West Valley Chambers of Commerce at the Glendale Civic Center, the 2021 Biz 2 Biz Expo offers an unparalleled opportunity for all businesses throughout the West Valley and beyond to showcase their products and services to hundreds of decision makers and buyers. Free to attend and open to the public, this highly productive event offers the perfect opportunity for maximum impact within an efficient three hour window. While attending, enjoy a cash bar, prizes and develop critical relationships with surrounding businesses and leaders throughout Avondale, Buckeye, El Mirage, Glendale, Peoria, Surprise, Tolleson, Goodyear, Litchfield Park, Sun City, Sun City West, Wickenburg and Youngtown. 

While the world is improving day by day, we will keep an eye on COVID numbers and keep everyone up-to-date as the event gets closer with any restrictions or regulations, i.e., masks and/or temperature check requirements.

To allow for social distancing and keep everyone safe, we have reduced the number of booths to 93 instead of the usual 120, so reserve your booth today! With hundreds expected to attend, encourage your clients and colleagues to join in! This is a great opportunity to reach new clients before the Holiday Season!

Important Details
-Space is available on a first-come-first-serve basis only
-Space is reserved when payment is received
-A maximum of 2 booths may be reserved per company
-Only members in good standing of at least one of the six West Valley Chambers may exhibit
-Exhibit table includes: one (1) 8’ table* and two (2) chairs
        *
(hallway booths have 6' tables)

Exhibit Pricing:
-$400* per regular booth
-$450* per wall booth 

*Add electricity for $85 a table (only select booths have this capability as shown on the booth map - available on a first come first serve basis)
*Add black table cloth for $15 a table 

Vendor Setup on Wednesday, August 25: 3:30 - 5:00 pm

 
**While it rarely occurs, the Glendale Chamber reserves the right to cancel, re-schedule, and/or modify events.  Should changes occur, members and guests may apply monies paid to the re-scheduled event, another Chamber event or towards membership/renewal.  We are unable to process refunds.
