Local Business School aims to teach attendees the ropes of today’s most effective marketing strategies that they can use to grow their local business in Greater Des Moines (DSM) and throughout Iowa. From building a strong social media strategy to creating a winning website, the program brings in subject matter experts from across the region to give attendees the best tools to leverage in 2022 and beyond. Local Business School was started by Emily Steele, owner of Love Local.

In addition to the virtual learning sessions, participants will also receive group coaching sessions and access to individual support during office hours on Fridays.
Classes will take place on Mondays from 2–3:30 p.m. and 4–5:30 p.m.
Coaching calls will be offered on Thursdays from 3–5 p.m. and office hours will be available on Fridays from 2–4 p.m.
