"If you get an oil change more often that a massage, you are taking care of the wrong vehicle"....a favorite quote of Kristin Adams, owner of three highly successful Elements Massage locations, two of which that are in Castle Rock and a third that is in Lone Tree.
In 2008 Kristin realized that her 19-year career in tax accounting was not her life calling. She knew that she wanted to open a business in the health and wellness area to help people live better lives through reduced stress, better range of motion, and support of mental health.
Kristin admits that owning a business comes with challenges and rewards saying, "When we opened our first location 11 years ago, I had no idea how this journey would change me. I learn something new everyday! Now that we have 3 locations and 45 employees, a few aspects have always be constant: hire great people, treat customers and employees with respect and always treat others how you want to be treated."
All three Elements Massage locations are very active in their communities and participate in as many events as possible...basically anywhere they can bring a massage chair.
Kristin and her husband Mark live in Castle Pines Village. The both love Colorado and are avid runners. Mark competes in Ironman triathlons and they have both had the opportunity to travel to races in very beautiful locations such as France, UK, Italy, Panama and Cozumel.
Elements Massage has been a member of the Castle Pines Chamber of Commerce since 2008. Although Kristin is part of a franchise, she is independently owned an operated and she encourages everyone to support local businesses.
