The City of Castle Pines is hosting Food Truck Thursdays, a new event beginning May 27th and running through August 5th. Each Thursday this summer from 4 – 8 pm, two food trucks (one savory and one sweet) will park in the Elk Ridge Park parking lot for community members to come and enjoy.
