Gabriel's is located in the little town of Sedalia north of Castle Pines and features Italian, European and American dishes from both an a la carte menu served in our Bar and Patio areas as well as our multi-course, dining experience served in The Old House.
Their restaurant is housed in the historic, Victorian Manhart home built in the 1890's. The home was converted into Gabriel's in 1986 with the Bistro Patio-Bar and gardens added in the early 1990s.

Food Truck Frenzy Was a Huge Success!
The Castle Pines Chamber was so thankful to be able to hold Food Truck Frenzy after having to cancel it last year due to COVID-19 and we would like to thank our members and community members for helping to make it such a success.
We had 31 member booths at the event, 8 Food Trucks, a fun Kid Zone, a pet corner, and so much more making it a fun and safe event for our community.
We were so thrilled to offer a community event while also making it possible for our members to promote their businesses making it a win win for the Chamber! The event was a HUGE success and was the most well attended event to date with approximately 3,000 people in attendance! Thank you all!!

Now that Food Truck Frenzy is over, it is time to start getting ready for our next two large community events, Vino in the Village and Party in the Park!
Vino in the Village is an adults only event held in the beautiful Village at Castle Pines Shopping Center and features more than 60 wines, Whiskey options, food pairings, live music and more!
