Community News You Can Use Monarch Boulevard Update! 2024 Monarch Boulevard reconstruction to be completed by early December! Earlier this month, crews completed the new water line installation under Monarch Boulevard. Their attention is now focused on completing paving operations over the next few weeks. After paving is complete, crews will install lane markings and prepare for the complete opening of the roadway. The reconstruction project is currently expected to be complete and open to drivers in early December. The final completion date is dependent on the weather over the next few weeks.
