The 2024 Monarch Boulevard Reconstruction Project is officially COMPLETE! Monarch Boulevard fully reopened on December 9th to traffic, bringing smoother commutes and improved infrastructure to our community. This monumental project wouldn’t have been possible without the leadership and dedication of the City of Castle Pines – thank you for making this vision a reality! Project Highlights: 8,900 linear feet of new roadway 8,900 feet of new 16-inch waterline 26 new water valves 16 new ADA ramps 27,550,000 pounds of asphalt While crews will finish sidewalk work, landscaping, and other small tasks over the next few weeks, both directions of Monarch Boulevard will remain open for traffic.
