The City of Castle Pines is working to create an affordable housing Fast Track process and overlay zone to help encourage new workforce housing through reduced barriers and streamlined development review processes. The City is currently working to review current regulations and processes to develop strategies that reflect community needs and priorities.
As a part of this process, the City needs your insight!

The City invites business owners, service providers, and community leaders to stop by Ziggi’s Coffee Shop (7298 Lagae Road) on Tuesday, May 6 between 12-1 p.m. for a dop-in discussion.

The City would like to hear your insight on a variety of topics, including:

• What does housing affordability mean to you and those you serve?
• What challenges are you seeing or hearing about?
• What’s working today, and what’s not working?
• What do you think about integrating housing into commercial areas

This is an informal discussion, so stop by anytime between 12 and 1 p.m.!
