Last year CCEM was able to award over $1,400 in scholarships to its members to continue thier professional development. The funds raised at Thursday night's Casino event during conferenc e is the largest source of revenue for the scholarships. Many of us have been fortunate enough to have been recipients of a CCEM scholarship. I encourage you to support the program by bringing to the Fall Conference:
- Lottery Tickets
- A Prize Basket for Casino Night winners
- A Silent Auction Item (hotel stays, ball tickets, amusement parks, etc.)

Leadership MO Accepting Applications
The Leadership Missouri program was created on the belief that the community, just as any business or organizations, requires strong leadership to improve and grow. Founded in 1990, Leadership Missouri aims to identify current and emerging leaders throughout the state, enhance their leadership skills, and deepen their knowledge of the state’s opportunities and challenges.

CCEM Fall Conference is just a few short weeks away and WOW- am I excited! First of all,
 my CCEM family will be in my neck of the woods, but most of all, the agenda is jam packed with great speakers!
Our Education Co-Chairs, Brent McCoy and Ginger Lamar, have been working for months to explore pertinent topics and find the perfect speakers to deliver the information. I have to say, they have exceeded expectations! We're going to be learning about so many things that I know so many of us struggle with, including Board Development, turning public policy into membership, doing more with less, YP programs and then Dr. Benjamin Akande, who I could go on and on about, but for the sake of space, I'll just say Google him.
All of that during the day and fun activiites at night! Wednesday we'll be checking out the newest spot in St. Charles, Streets of St. Charles and Thursday we'll be raising money for our scholarship fund at Casino Night, hosted by our Scholarship Co-Chairs Jeff Meredith and Stevie Kearse.
I can't wait to see you all to learn with and from you.

In 2015, Citslinc is reducing the price on its Terra-Cotta Warriors trip to just $2,199 from the West Coast U.S. (LAX, SEA, SFO departure), or $2,299 from the East or Canadian airports (JFK, YVR, YYZ departure). Our popular regular trip, with its itinerary to Beijing, Shanghai, Suzhou, and Hangzhou, will maintain the same price as in 2014, $1,999 from West Coast U.S. airports (LAX, SEA, SFO) or $2,099 from East Coast/Canadian airports (JFK, YVR, YYZ).
Citslinc also offers a Yangtze River Cruise and a trip to Thailand and Hong Kong, both keeping the same price as in 2014.
Come work with us in 2015! You can receive some non-dues revenue in calendar 2014 because we do not charge deposits to any chambers. Most chambers add an override of $300 or $400 to the price of each trip in order to receive non-dues revenue.
