The Northern Middle Tennessee Local Workforce Development Board is responsible for overseeing the local workforce system across a 13-county are in alignment with the TN Northern Middle Economic Jobs Based Camp. The board composition includes a majority from the private sector and business, along with representatives from education, labor, community-based organizations, and economic development agencies.
