The Friendship Home Center is not just a small town local store it is a piece of Adams County History. The store started out as an IGA grocery store before IGA moved to the south end of town as the cities of Adams and Friendship began to expand, in fact I was told that the Friendship Home Center sign hanging on the front of the building is the original IGA sign repainted to fit our needs. You can still see the classic store front as well as the interior store design which we pride ourselves on maintaining that piece of history.
The store was purchased by the Ricci family in 1977 and ran by Charlotte for over 30yrs before selling it to her daughter Renee and fiancé Todd Sundsmo. Now as new owners of this historic local business we strive to continue the level of service our community has received and expects from us.
