About Us

IOTS is a mobile occupational therapy practice that provides tailored, effective OT solutions to help clients live active lifestyles! Jenny has been providing occupational therapy since 2008 and specializes in short-term goal-based OT to help you meet your goals so you can get back to living your life.  
Occupational therapy focuses on the day-to-day jobs of living such as:
 1. Going out to church, doctor's appointments, and coffee with your friends.
2. Day-to-day chores such as laundry and cooking.
3. Self-care activities like getting dressed and taking a shower. 
The aging process can throw curb balls at us that make these daily activities difficult.  Jenny can help you find simple solutions to make those daily tasks easier.
