We are certified SBE, WMBE, DBE with PANYNJ and licensed by NJPW and NJDCA.
IHS has 2 major divisions. We specialize in general contracting, IT consulting and HR Support Services.
Our staff has over 60 years of experience in our areas of service. Cynthia Desouza, President/CEO has a vision for our company to become a major builder. The mission is to actively participate in the revitalization of urban communities.
