About Us

Joey Gutierrez: Is an experienced sales and customer service associate with 10+ years serving businesses in the Albuquerque area. He brings and extensive background in business development, inside sales, b2b sales, account management, and customer service and support. He also has management and leadership experience after serving as a supervisor and operations manager for multiple years in the contact center industry.
Joey is a Membership Engagement Specialist at The Albuquerque Hispano Chamber of Commerce, where he will use his years of experience in business engagement and relationship building to help support local businesses with sustainability, growth, and economic development. He has worked for various reputable companies in Albuquerque and has built a broad network of partners and associates, which he plans to lean on to grow a large membership network for the chamber. As a native New Mexican, he has great pride in this community and wants to help and contribute, in any way, to the success of all businesses in Albuquerque and New Mexico as a whole.
Joey was born and raised in Albuquerque and is a proud resident of the north valley. Like most New Mexican families, he has a huge family network, that stretches from Las Cruces to Toas with representation in almost every town in between. He had the privilege of attending one the more historical schools in the state, Menaul School, which has provided life-long relationships and connections contributing to his success in his career. He Is a proud graduate of Central New Mexico Community College where he earned three associate’s degrees and is currently in his final semester at The University of New Mexico to obtain his BBA in operations management.
Joey loves to travel with his girlfriend and friends and attend music festivals across the nation. He loves spending time with his family and when he is not with them, he can be caught playing golf at one of the local golf courses. When he is not golfing, he is attending night classes or fishing, hunting, and camping with his favorite people in his favorite’s spots in the great New Mexico wilderness. He is a huge sports fan, with the Packers and Lakers headlining the list of his favorite teams. Besides that, he is a big fan of music and has been a huge fan of Elvis Presley, thanks to his grandma, since he was a child. This proud local and community-oriented individual is honored and excited to start this new chapter in his career and is ready to support New Mexico through the many avenues of the chamber.
