Reports
Data-driven doesn't mean difficult. HMT lets you sell your tickets and keep track of where they're going. Use our reports to get more insights into who's coming to your events so you can boost your sales by delivering the experiences the want through our CRM, Shift. HMT tracks an array of analytics, including reports and tracking codes for your use to give your real-time data, for free. From how many people are attending, who are returning patrons, and where your tickets are selling the most, HMT crunches all the numbers and gives you the information your need to continuously plan and manage all your events. 

HoldMyTicket is comprehensive but customizable. Whether your venue offers season tickets that are available through a QR code or general admission tickets at will-call, HMT has a solution that fits your needs. Our platform lets you set up your event’s ticketing in a way that makes sense for you, including letting you choose how tickets are purchased - online, over-the-phone, or at the door - and delivered. Organizers can even delay ticket delivery to just before an event to prevent the change of scalping and reselling, allowing for more fans to enjoy shows at the prices you set. 

Seating charts
Our interactive seating charts offer a powerful experience for both organizers and their customers. Customized seating charts let venue managers configure seating groups and assign ticket prices to specific seats. They can also determine when they go on sale, along with any promotions that might be associated with them, such as promo and coupon codes, or pre-sale or early sale discounts. Event managers can use both our Reservations and our Holds managers to further customize seating availability for various audiences.

Our Holds manager allows organizers to make specific seats unavailable to purchase by the general public. This feature can be useful when setting asides seats for promotional or internal use, such as for radio stations or executives. 

Similarly, our Reservations Manager lets venues set aside seats for certain individuals or groups. Reserved seats are available for purchase by only the people associated with a reservation - usually through a personal link for individuals or a link shared by the reservation leader for a group reservation. For customers, HoldMyTicket’s interactive seating charts allow the ticket buyer to choose their seats, or enable the system to select the best available seats for them.

Every aspect of HoldMyTicket is user-friendly. It’s easier for customers to buy tickets, less work for you to manage on the back end, and easy for your staff to use at the door.

HoldMyTicket offers an integrated ticketing solution that fits any venue and its audience. Managers can configure tickets to match existing brands, while HMT provides a quick, easy, and secure checkout process. Attendees can purchase online tickets without the multi-layered process of logging in or creating an account, with  just a  valid credit card number. HMT also makes it similarly easy for attendees to purchase tickets on mobile devices. 

For venues with patrons who are more comfortable purchasing tickets over the phone, our support staff is available seven days a week for phone sales and support, free of any additional charge at 1-877-466-3404.

Additionally, we will deliver customers’ tickets in way that fits their needs and wants, including eTickets or will call, both paperless options to help you save and your business be sustainable.  eTickets have a unique barcode that can be scanned and validated at the point of entry. Will call lists are easy for looking up patrons by name at lower volume events.

HMT also lets venues and promoters set up presales, free, discounted, or group tickets with coupon or promo codes, by either sharing a direct link or allowing patrons to enter at checkout.
