AHCC Scholarships are LIVE!

The 2018 AHCC Scholarship Applications are available online at http://www.ahcnm.org/scholarship.html.

The Albuquerque Hispano Chamber of Commerce is providing 2 types of scholarships for the 2018 Education Excellence Banquet. The scholarships are designed to provide recognition for educational and award leadership qualities to graduating Hispanic high school seniors that will be attending an institution of higher learning; and non-traditional adults seeking higher education.

The Albuquerque Hispano Chamber of Commerce and Wells Fargo Bank along with the Get Crafty with your Biz Series - February “For the Love of Business” edition, is inviting you to join us at “Kaktus Brewing Co.” in beautiful Nob Hill  Albuquerque, for a night of exciting speakers! We will hear stories from local business owners who WORK, LIVE, and GROW their business together. Hear about their ups and downs, mistakes they have made along the way and lesson they have learned. You will hear about the challenges of owning a business with the person you love and how their struggles can be rewarding at the same time!
 
Find out what drives these business owners and why they are at the top of their game! Join us February 1st, 2018 for drink specials, food, and drawings. The Kaktus Brewing Crew is excited to host this the evening and honor those that help grow our community one business at a time! Q's Cakes & Sweets #Ribbon Cutting



Join the Albuquerque Hispano Chamber of Commerce and the AHCC Ambassador’s Committee, in welcoming Queneesa Meyers of Q's Cakes & Sweets, for their Ribbon Cutting & 1 year Anniversary Celebration of their NEW location at – 2720 Central Ave SE Suite D Albuquerque N.M. 87106 –  – Friday February 2nd, 2018 from 11:30am-12:30pm with the actual ribbon cutting at 12:00pm. 

Help us celebrate with Queneesa & Team at Q's Cakes. Come find out why they were voted ABQ The Mag's 2017 Best of the City. Q's is owned and operated by a veteran and started as just a hobby. The popularity of Q's Cakes grew rapidly, and within 5 years, a storefront was needed to support the demand! All of Q's products are made from scratch with lots of love! There are treats for every budget!

In the spirit of giving back, this will also be our day to give back to Distributing Dignity. This will be our 3rd year doing this. Everyone who brings in a donation item will be entered to win one of several prizes. We are asking for bras with tags and feminine hygiene products to give to homeless women in Albuquerque.
