Jim Garcia, who sits on the Balloon Fiesta's board of directors, says finding a good place to land can be challenging at times. The New Mexico True Guía de Cultura, or Culture Guide, identifies 12 opportunities to be immersed in the history, heritage, and traditions of Hispanic settlers in the American Southwest. We’re excited to share that for the eleventh time in seven years, we are expanding the eligibility of the Internet Essentials program to include low-income veterans.
