We know we all have dreams. Dancing and Singing are my dream. We all have busy lives though, and over time we don’t prioritize or remember our dreams any more. What is that missing something? It is time for us to strengthen our Dreams. 

Even as time passes so quickly, in our soul the Dream never dies. I know there are many people who feel the same way as I do. We should wake up and enjoy life, and not let anyone or anything steal our dreams. Even if you only do one small thing for yourself, direct that energy toward your dream.

Dance can open up your heart and courage to dream again. Even if you just come out to dance one time, it is an important step for yourself. It does not matter what type of dance you are into, can do the best, if you cannot dance well, or if you are professional or not. We care about YOUR happiness with YOUR lovely partner, and friends. We can teach each other and connect, whether you are single, dating, a couple, or looking for someone.

Located in the incredible and convenient Ahwatukee Foothills, we offer Regular, Freestyle Dance, Formal styles of Dance classes, Workout Dance, Yoga, and Universal Qi Gong group practice classes. These all help to connect with the community, foster dreams, build self-confidence, meet people, make new friends, share skills with each other and increase positive, personal self-expression.
