WE TEACH THE JAPANESE ART OF WADO-RYU KARATE

At Mountainside Martial Arts we offer unparalleled karate instruction to children ages 4 and older, adults, 1:1 private lessons as well as private group instruction.

We offer a family oriented atmosphere with a student study center & large viewing room. Our Curriculum Program is based on a general syllabus which specifies what techniques/behaviors must be performed in order to achieve a particular rank.

We are a traditional Martial Arts School serving the Ahwatukee-Foothills since 1979. The Japanese art of Wado -Ryu is the style that is taught at our facility.

The school’s philosophy is to encourage our students to become better citizens. Strong emphasis is placed on motor skill development, self discipline, focus, balance, and self-esteem.
