As a carryout operation and a pioneer in the concept of delivery, Rosati’s offers impressive variety of Pizza, Wings, Pasta, Salads, Desserts and Calzones. And with the family name already ingrained in the area, Rosati’s is one of Ahwatukee's favorite take-out spots. Rosati's, has almost 200 locations in 14 states and even bottles its own wine.
To control franchise quality, the business private-labels its ingredients, distributes recipe books and regularly routes operations staff to help out at other locations. They also handle graphic design, social media and catering promotions in-house. “We’re a family business—still owned by the Rosati family—and we consider our franchisees as part of that family."
