About Us
The vision of Firme Foundation is to provide 100,000 homes made from recyclable materials for the people of Haiti.
Our goal is to create strong and permanent housing equipped with electricity and clean water. These homes will provide shelter from the elements, as well as a sense of safety and security.
Integrated into these houses will be the message of life and strength upon which the principles of Firme Foundation are grounded.
Haitians are living in the streets afraid to go back inside damaged homes. Tarps are used as a refuge, thousands congregate to make tent cities.
The disease spreads rampantly as rain floods these make-shift shelters. Firme Foundation is working to help put survivors in safe new homes.
