Lucas Boyce shares a powerful story as a former foster care child, born prematurely to an addict mother, developmentally delayed because of his birth mother’s abuse, Lucas overcame daunting life challenges in pursuit of his dreams. Lucas Boyce currently serves as the Assistant to the County Administrator for Orange County, Florida. He advises the County Administrator and provides administrative, analytical, and technical support. He represents the County in meetings and makes presentations to government and business agencies to promote the interest of the County on key issues.
