Chamber Christmas Social | Nominations
Its time once again to nominate Chamber of Commerce board members, as well as Business Appreciation Awards and Community Service award. The board member and Business Appreciation Award nominees need to be members of the Chamber of Commerce, but the Community Service award can be anyone that has done service to this community. If you would like a form for nominations, please contact the Chamber @ 259-6433 or email bblackshear@bakerchamberfl.com.
Meet and Greet
We had a look at Setel's remodeled office that now houses SSI Shipping Tuesday, June 11 at a Meet and Greet hosted by SSI Shipping. The office looks wonderful and the SSI Shipping has a host of services available. You can ship FedEx or UPS, bring in documents for shredding, notary service, copies, fax, laminating, mailbox rental and drop off of empty ink cartridges.
Vitas Ribbon Cutting and Grand Opening
Vitas Innovative Hospice Care held their grand opening/ribbon cutting Thursday, June 27 at noon. A nice lunch was shared by the 20-30 people that attended.
Independence Day Celebration
Hope everyone enjoyed a happy 4th of July!!
Even through the rain, we had a substantial turnout for the the Independence Day Celebration and Fireworks. There was some really great food and Jimmy Barton did a great job with the entertainment. Thanks to the fire department, Phantom Fireworks, Jimmy Barton, all the vendors and everyone that attended the 2nd Annual Independence Day Celebration. |
