The Chamber is always looking out for the businesses and Chamber Members even when you don't realize it. Tuesday night, 27 February, all of the Chamber Directors were in the Dra-goons for the Excelsior Mines and Gunni-son Copper hearing.

President Mahlon MacKenzie, Chamber member and Councilman Lupe Diaz wait to address the EPA Panel.

Arizona At Work - Southeastern Arizona Hosts Benson Job Fair

Najayyah Many Horses

Unless you are opposed to honest hard work that draws a paycheck, BK Cacti, the newest member of the chamber, has come to town offering jobs.  To learn what this is all about come hear them speak at the chamber.  You could be leaving gainfully employed.  Be there Friday, 2 March from 10AM - 2PM at the Benson/San Pedro Valley Chamber of Commerce, 168 W. 4th Street (2 doors over from the Horseshoe). Please pass this information on to those you know that may be looking for work.  This is a labor job. We do hope there will be a good turnout.

Networking At Its Best

Our Third Tuesday Morning Breakfasts have become quite successful, informative and fun. You may not see the benefit of networking with people you see all of the time or may even live next door to, but new members continue to join the Chamber.  Networking never gets old and it can certainly help to fuel new ideas and new partnerships. It is through our last Tuesday Morning Breakfast that we are able to offer a job fair.  Networking is beneficial to business sustainability.  Come out, eat, greet and make connections.  Our next breakfast is 20 March and will be hosted at the Benson Historical Museum.  We will have great prizes and good information to share.
