2017 Chamber Scholarship Winner Cristen Shaw, pictured with Chamber Board President Jessica Whitlow. Cristen is already working toward her veterinary studies at Dr. Clark's office in Benton this summer, and will be attending classes at Murray University in the fall to pursue her degree.  Congratulations Cristen!

We would like to thank everyone who came out for a great day on the links last Friday!  This was the 27th annual golf scramble to benefit programs sponsored by the chamber and Benton Rotary.  Each organization raised over $4,500 toward outreach programs! Check out pictures on the chamber Facebook Page and results on the Official Event Page.

Live2Lead will be presented in Southern Illinois on October 6, 2017 at John A. Logan College in the theater. The worldwide leadership simulcast event will be hosted by Marion Chamber of Commerce and is sponsored by Heartland Regional Medical Center. Doors open at 7 am for registration. Live2Lead begins at 8 am and concludes at 2:30 pm.
