Chamber Nation:Multipost
Have you tried to log-in and use the multi-post tool in your Chamber Nation Portal? This function is a ''one stop shop' that allows you to post to your Facebook profile, Facebook pages, and Twitter feed! It also allows you to schedule posts!
After working with the ChamberNation developers, we are excited to be part of a new feature. You can now schedule a multi-post to run weekly for up to 2 months at a time! What a time safer for your business or marketing team!

Expanding Chamber Nation
We are considering an upgrade from our current Chamber Nation plan to an expanded 'Chamber Lobby' program. We would like to get your feedback on these features and if you would find them useful. This is an additional monthly cost to us, so your feedback is invaluable. If approved by the board at the December Board meeting, it would be implemented in 2018.
Shop Southern Illinois
Fifteen area Chambers of Commerce along with a Main Street program and several regional businesses have teamed up this holiday season in an effort to encourage Southern Illinoisans to do a majority of their holiday shopping in the region, rather than traveling out of the area or shopping online.
The effort, called “Shop Southern Illinois,” features a strong social media presence where residents can learn some of the reasons it is important for Southern Illinoisans to shop locally and where they may pledge to do most of their own holiday shopping in the region by using the hashtag #IBuySI. By making a post or tweet with the #IBuySI hashtag, participants are entered in weekly drawings to win prizes starting October 20. The Franklin County Chambers' prize will be awarded December 15.

Benton Fall Festival

Benton Fire Department Smoke Detector Program
The City of Benton Fire Department is pleased to announce that through a generous grant with the American Red Cross, and in partnership with Franklin County Emergency Management Agency, We are now offering FREE smoke detectors to all households in our community.
