Who are we?
Emergency Aid of Boulder City (EABC) is a nonprofit organization founded in the 1930s to assist employees and workers during the construction of the Hoover Dam. EABC has a long history within the Boulder City community and is staffed by local volunteers. Emergency Aid BC relies on federal, state, and city grants. We also accept private donations from residents and organizations.
