YOGA OPPORTUNITIES & EVENTS Kid’s yoga & craft birthday parties, bachelorette parties, couples yoga, athletic team building events, local vendor and craft yoga nights held monthly in during the winter months Upstairs studio easily holds 50 students and is fully supplied with bolsters, blocks, blankets, straps, loaner mats and weights! Manduka mats and yoga bags are for sale. Yoga is held exclusively outdoors on the private deck day and night to overlook the river and sky gaze during the warm weather months Monthly Moonlight yoga on the deck is a wonderful experience during the Summer and Fall months! September 23, 2018 at 9:00 pm and Saturday, October 20, 2018, time TBA after coordination with UC Chamber of Commerce activities Aerial Yoga (8 silk swings) is ever popular on Saturday mornings at 8:00 am, or offered as a specialty class anytime for $60/hour – price split among participants ALL THINGS SERENITY EVENT VENUE Charming historical rental venue built of 140-year-old red bricks with arched windows, hardwood floors, double wide doors and accommodating up to 100 guests creates the perfect ambiance for classy weddings, showers, meetings, reunions, etc. A large wrap-around deck overlooks the lazy St. Joe River and a landscaped courtyard with a large accompanying parking lot. All Things Serenity Event Center is a full-service venue with indoor and outdoor tables, chairs, linens, dishes and a full prep kitchen. The river bank is being developed to become a fairytale-type backdrop for outdoor weddings and photo opportunities. Currently weddings are held on the deck overlooking the river. YOGASPEAKER I speak on the value of yoga from experience as a patient, instructor and business owner with a multifaceted highly-trained yoga and business background. I have owned multiple small businesses for over 25 years. I’m an active member of Yoga Alliance and have 9 years of teaching experience in various venues with exposure to over 700 students from around the USA ranging in age from 3 to 90-years-old from excellent physical condition to wheelchair-bound individuals.
