This week's Coldwater Area Chamber of Commerce "Member Spotlight of the Week" recognition is going out to Dickeys Barbecue Pit of Coldwater. Read more below on why Dickeys General Manager Steve Smith believes that Dickeys deserves this week's Spotlight.
Dickeys BBQ Pit of Coldwater Opened for business in 2014. Located at 445 E. Chicago St. in Coldwater, it is a great location for a BBQ restaurant. Owner/Operator Matthew Stritzinger has perfected the art of BBQ over the last few years, which notably has increased the business and has gained local, regional, and yes even state wide attention for its unique smoke flavored BBQ. From brisket to pork and don't forget the ribs, we do our best to produce a quality product!
The restaurant has gained national attention recently for the dubious honor of being top 5 in the chain of 700 plus stores for the most comparative sales increase, along with being recognized for placing in the top 10 stores nation wide for the most increased catering business year to date. Also as of recent, we were recognized as having the most "walk in traffic."
We have in our employ 15 incredible employees who puts their best in everything they do!Two of the employees , Lori Moore and Shelly Bowan have been at Dickeys since the inception of the business. Their knowledge and leadership assist the novice employees to move forward in the business.
Bottom line, we owe our success of business to our lord and Savior Jesus Christ. to our employees who work hard every day and our phenomenal customers.
