Trine University, founded in 1884, is a private, non-profit university with its main campus located in Angola, IN.  In 1994, Trine (formerly Tri-State University) opened its first education center in Fort Wayne, IN to accommodate non-traditional students.  Since that time, Trine has expanded its presence to nine regional offices and regional education centers throughout Indiana and Michigan. 

Over the years, Trine’s regional offices and regional education centers have gone by various names – most recently rebranding this division to TrineOnline.  The flexible, accelerated, online format allows students of any age the flexibility they need to accomplish their educational goals while maintaining a work/life/school balance.  TrineOnline does not charge out-of-state tuition or additional fees, works with employer tuition assistant benefits, and accepts financial aid.  TrineOnline currently offer the following degrees completely online (with available degree offerings expanding every semester):
