This week's Coldwater Area Chamber of Commerce "Member Spotlight of the Week" recognition is going out to Benton Employment Solutions.  Read more below on why Jim Benton (Owner/Operator) feels that his company deserves this week's Spotlight.

Benton Employment Solutions is a family owned business that helps individuals with disabilities find and maintain gainful employment. We also identify and guide businesses that recognize the value of diversifying their workforces. Our company is unique in that we are not a traditional staffing agency; we do not receive any payments from employers or job seekers. Our funding is provided entirely by the State of Michigan. That means all our services, including job placement, onboarding assistance, job coaching, and retention services are free of charge to your company.

We believe in a proactive approach to preparing those with disabilities for the world of work, which is why we dedicate significant resources to our youth job experience programs that benefit high school students all over Southwest Michigan, including those at Coldwater High School and Pansophia Academy.

Benton Employment Solutions is centrally located in Kalamazoo, but we’ve targeted a major part of our efforts to help clients and organizations in Coldwater, White Pidgeon, Sturgis, and Colon over the past two years.
