Children's Museum Fundraiser Underway with over $6,000 in donations so far
CMBC raising money for additional exhibits and facilities improvements
Once again the non-profit Children's Museum of Branch County has partnered with A Community Thrives, Mightycause to raise funds for the museum. The CMBC has raised over $6,000 so far. This annual online fundraiser gives the museum an opportunity to continue our Exhibit Expansion and improvement initiatives that we began last year when we raised over $9,000. Every donation makes a difference! We continue to focus on STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, Math) exhibits. This online fundraiser runs through Friday, August 13, 2021, at 12 pm. In addition to donating online, donors can also donate cash, checks, and IRA distributions at the museum. By meeting certain online fundraising goals (amount raised weekly and overall, number of donors weekly and overall) set by Mightycause, A Community Thrives, we also have the opportunity to compete for a variety of additional grants sponsored by The Gannett Foundation.
Over $9,000 was raised last Fall. As we look toward the future, we are grateful for our donors and sponsors and are excited about future expansion plans at the museum. Donate today at
