About Us

Smoken Hot Barbie Q serves up Smoked foods along with homemade sides and desserts. We can cater to any special event such as graduations, weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, reunions, funerals and anything in between. Meats we have everything from Prime Rib, Ribeye and New York steaks, Brisket and Tri-Tip, Pulled pork, pork ribs and pork loin, etc.
We also have a food trailer that we can bring to any fair or rodeo!! In the trailer we serve many types of our smoked foods. For Sandwiches we have Prime rib, Brisket, Pulled pork, Brisket Ruben, Brisket Philly's and we can offer Hamburgers and Hot Dogs. Other items we have are Pork Ribs and Brisket or Pork Nachos.
