All Cain USA Beef comes from our exceptional herd of Quality Red Angus & Hereford Cattle. We are a specialty beef ranch, growing and raising our cattle, an actual Farm-to-Fork beef dining experience of consistent and outstanding quality. Beef for everyday or special occasions.
Cain Cattle are "home-raised" here on our Sustainable Practices Ranch, roaming free on the mixed grass prairie hills, at the start of the beautiful Nebraska Sandhills. "Home-raised" means, we have bred, born, and lovingly raised our Cattle “All-Naturally" here on the Ranch. With almost 100 years (1924) of Cain Genetics, improving quality traits and disposition in our Cattle ~ all right here in the Heartland of America!
"All-Natural" means We NEVER add any hormone implants to our Cattle or additives to their feed, additionally you will not find any trace antibiotics in our beef. Our Cattle are “Finished” with a high-quality Grain & Corn diet in small feeding areas.
Once harvested our Beef is Dry-Aged for 14-21 days. Our Beef is harvested following humane practices and USDA safety & sanitary standards at Local Independent & Family owned USDA Certified facilities ~ supporting local businesses, just like ours; this is how we do our part to help keep America's Small Businesses going.
