Vang's Village Shoppe should be your choice for quality fresh Wisconsin Cheese.  Although the business is located in Scotia, Nebraska where the retail business offers baked goods, donuts, grocery items, specialty candy and fabric & notions.  Vang’s Village Shoppe offers monthly fresh Wisconsin Cheese delivery to Broken Bow once a month.  Types of chees you can order copepperjack, pepperjack, cojack, colby, cheddar, mozzarella, sharp cheddar, baby swiss, monterey jack, muenster & parmesan. 
Breads include: Porridge, French, Butterhorns, & Sandwich Buns.  Cinnamon Rolls feature: raspberry cream cheese, caramel rolls, walnut caramel, pecan caramel, raisin, fruit filled and plain cinnamon.
