About Trice Real Estate, PLLC
Lynise is a retired 30-year veteran of the United States Postal Service. She started her career as a clerk in Raleigh NC and within 4 years was promoted to Supervisor of Distribution Operations. Lynise held several positions including Plant Safety Specialist, Ergonomics Site Coordinator and Supervisor of Maintenance, but her most rewarding was her promotion to the position of Industrial Engineer in Orlando Florida after acquiring her Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering at NC A&T State University. In 2013 she was promoted to a higher-level engineering position that brought her to Phoenix Arizona. While at the Phoenix Plant she acquired certification as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, implementing processes that produced savings of millions of dollars for the Postal Service. Her last six years of service were served in the position of Lead Manager of Distribution Operations.
Retiring in 2021 presented the opportunity to open Trice Real Estate, PLLC under the brokerage of Platinum Living Realty. She is also a member of the Buckeye Valley Chamber of Commerce.
Lynise enjoys traveling, reading, golfing, hunting, and meeting new people. Her goal is to educate clients while making their Real Estate dreams come true.
