Member of the Week

Congratulations to our Member of the Week, The Odyssey Preparatory Family of Schools! We enjoyed catching up with Holly Johnson! Congratulations again!

The Odyssey Preparatory Academy Family of Schools consists of five campuses educating approximately 3,000 scholars from kindergarten through twelfth grade.

We are dedicated to a higher education vision that makes a difference in our children’s lives. Odyssey is accredited as an International Baccalaureate World School, providing both the Middle Years Program and the Diploma Program. We are also accredited with Advanced Education and are AIA sports members. Odyssey uses the Core Knowledge program in elementary grades, along with multiple support programs geared to keep kids moving, asking deeper questions, and pushing beyond their comfort level in learning. We believe in embracing technology while also exploring innovative ideas such as outdoor classrooms.

Where we are going is our focus every day. Our vision is to provide an education that resonates with our scholars years after they leave our campus.

Business Duck Challenge Has Begun!

The Buckeye Super Heroe's Need YOUR Help!

The Way Out West Coalition Needs Your Help!

The Way Out West (WOW) Coalition recently received a Drug Free Communities (DFC) grant that will allow us to put safeguards and programming in place for the next 10 years. Our goal is to give youth every opportunity to grow-up drug and alcohol free. These safeguards will reduce underage drinking, teen marijuana use and prescription drug abuse/misuse in our youth. We need your help completing the Community Views Survey (CVS). It’s an easy way for you to be involved.

The survey gathers the views and perceptions of those who live, teach or work in our community regarding these issues. Your feedback is instrumental in helping us determine our baseline data and measure progress. The data also assists in determining the media sources that best help get our message out to educate parents and adults in the community. This is an anonymous survey.

The Community Views Survey (CVS) is open to those who work, teach or reside in Buckeye. If you work or teach in the city but live outside the city, please use the zip code of your work or school location in Buckeye (85326 or 85396). Our goal is 300 surveys. Another easy way for you to be involved is to forward this request to three of your friends. Thanking you in advance!
